When you add a new Standard user account to your Occy platform, you will need to assign them a role (permission group). There are four roles with different permissions for each, and a list of permissions for each role can be found in Settings > Company > Roles & Permissions.
Below is a brief overview of the permissions for each role:
- Recruiter
- Can view, edit, manage, share and delete jobs created or assigned to them
- Can create new jobs and manage the hiring team for them
- Can view, edit, manage, share and delete candidates
- Can create interview slots for jobs created by or assigned to them, and share it with candidates
- Can send, archive, delete, reply to and attach files/templates to emails to communicate with candidates
- Can view all forms shared to and completed by a candidate for any job they have access to
- Can view all SMS, email and job templates
- Interviewer
- Can view, edit, manage or share jobs assigned to them
- Can add and edit evaluation forms to jobs they have access to
- Can view questionnaire answers completed by candidates in the jobs they have access to
- Can view all forms shared to and completed by a candidate for any job they have access to
- Admin
- Can create, view, manage, share and delete all jobs
- Can view, edit, manage, share and delete all candidates
- Can create and manage interview slots for all jobs
- Can send, archive, delete, reply to and attach files/templates to emails using the mailbox and from within a candidate's profile
- Can create, view, manage and delete all forms
- Can create, view, manage and delete SMS, email and job templates
- Billing Admin
- Can follow jobs that they are not a part of, to get related notifications
- Has full access to all billing information, to add and edit licenses and manage all billing information
- Hiring Manager
- Can view, edit, manage or share jobs assigned to them
- Can create new jobs and manage the hiring team for them
- Can view, edit, manage, share and delete candidates
- Can view questionnaire answers completed by candidates in the jobs they have access to
- Can view all forms shared to and completed by a candidate for any job they have access to
- Approver
- Can review, approve and reject jobs
