The Occy Calendar

Occy gives you the option to use the calendar independently or connect and integrate it with your Google or Microsoft calendar from the Settings area to ensure all your calendars are kept up-to-date. To learn more about connecting your calendar, click here

Accessing the Occy Calendar


The Occy calendar can be accessed via the main menu. 




Customising the Calendar View


Customise your calendar to a daily, weekly, or monthly view using the tabs at the top of the calendar.

Adding and Editing an Event


Add an event to your Occy calendar, click the Add Events button at the top of the page.



Then, complete the information in the box and click Save.



To edit or delete an event, click the event in the calendar and use the pencil icon to edit and the bin icon to delete.


Note for users with a connected Google or Microsoft calendar: If an event has been removed from an Outlook or Google calendar but is still showing in the occy calendar, click into the event in the occy calendar and then exit out of it, and the event will disappear.

To refresh your calendar, use the icon below:



Note: If manually refreshing the calendar, the system will process the request once every 20 minutes. This means that if you refresh the calendar and then refresh again after ten minutes, the second refresh request will not process until twenty minutes after the last successful calendar refresh. 


Events Overview


The three-dot menu at the top of the page has options to download the information shown in the current calendar view.



Click See All Events to see a list of all events scheduled for a specific time range. Define the date range using the dropdown calendar option highlighted below.



Filter events using the filter button next to the date range dropdown. Filter options include event type, date range, and team members associated with the event.



Edit and delete events that you have created using the three-dot menu next to each event.
