Welcome to Your Occy Dashboard!


Your Occy dashboard is the first thing you’ll see after logging in. It provides an overview of important information, including user activity, upcoming events, and live jobs. From here, you can also access key areas of the system using convenient quick-access links, all in one central hub!



Follow the step-by-step guide below to see how you can make the most out of your dashboard.


Accessing the Dashboard


As well as being your landing page after login, the dashboard can be accessed anytime from the main menu.




Live Jobs


In the Live Jobs section, you can view your most recent jobs, including location and application number.


Jobs are conveniently listed in order of approval date (or the date the job was created if it didn’t require approval), so you can see the most relevant, up-to-date information at a glance.


  • Click on each job to be taken to the Kanban board of the job.
  • Click View All to be redirected to the Jobs section to see the full list of active jobs.
  • View the team assigned to a job by hovering over the user icons.




Upcoming Events


View your scheduled meetings in the Upcoming Events section.


Here, you will find the next five upcoming events listed in your Occy calendar, including event name, time, and date. 

  • Click View All to be redirected to the main Occy calendar page.




Quick Access Panel


The Quick Access panel provides convenient shortcuts to key areas of the system. Use the buttons below to access the most frequently used areas of Occy.


  • The Create a Job button directs you to the main  Jobs section; from here, you can create a job as well as view and manage your existing jobs.
  • The Go to Templates option takes you to the Templates tab of the Settings area, opening onto the email templates library. From here, you can quickly switch to the SMS, job, and document templates libraries to view, manage, and create templates
  • The Add New Candidates button directs you to the Candidates section found in the main menu, where you can view, manage, and add candidates.
  • The Create a Form option takes you to the forms library found in the Settings area, where users can create and manage internal and candidate forms.
  • Manage Offers and Agreements directs you to the document template library found in the Settings area, where users can manage and create offers of employment and employment contracts to be sent to candidates (with or without e-sign capabilities). 
  • Manage Out of Office takes you to the Calendar section found in Settings>My Account>Calendar, where you can manage your out-of-office, as well as your calendar sync, events scheduling, and working hours.

 



Activity Overview


The Activity Overview displays the latest actions taken by the team on jobs you have previously been assigned to. Admin users will see all activities, regardless of whether they have been assigned to a job. Click View All to see a full list of activities.




Inbox


The Inbox section shows a list of the most recent emails in your inbox, including a message preview, subject, and when it was received.  

  • Click the View All button to be redirected to your Occy inbox to manage the full list.
