Creating Email Template with Occy AI

Let Occy AI create email templates with the click of a button.

• Get started by navigating to the Email Templates section by choosing Settings from the main menu, then Templates and Email.
• Next, click the Create New Template button.

• Enter the template name and subject, and choose a template type.
• Click the Ask occy AI button and an email will be generated.

Occy uses the information provided in the fields and the shortcodes provided to create a professional but personalised message.

• Click Retry to generate a new email. You can cycle through each version using the arrows at the bottom of the text box.

• If you are happy with the text, click Accept to use.
• If you would like to go back to the original textbox, click Decline.
• After accepting, remember to click Save to keep the template.

Creating a Candidate Rejection SMS or Email with Occy AI

When declining a candidate from the Kanban section of a job, you are given the option to notify the candidate via email, SMS, or both; occy AI can create a personalised email or SMS message using the selected reason for rejection to notify the candidate.

• Select Notify Candidate after choosing to decline them.
• Choose whether to use email, SMS, or both.
• Click Ask occy AI to generate messages related to the selected reason for rejection.

• Once the message is generated, you can click Retry to view further examples and scroll through the options using the arrows.
• Click Accept to use a message.
• Click Done to decline the candidate and send the message.

Note: SMS texts are limited to 160 characters, and messages exceeding this will incur an additional charge. Please check the character count for SMS messages when accepting them, as they may exceed this count.

Occy AI Occy AI Job Descriptions

Save time by asking occy to create the job advert text for you using the information added to the Job Details fields (e.g. industry, job type, job level); simply click the Ask occy AI button, and text will be generated for each section.

Note: occy AI uses the information available to create job advert text, but this text has not been reviewed or optimised by our Copywriting team. To get the most out of your job adverts, we recommend using the Copywriting service to enable our team to implement changes proven to improve advert performance.

• Text will be generated for each section. Accept or decline the text using the options at the bottom. 
• If accepted, text can be edited within the section if needed. 
• Click Decline or the cross icon to return to the blank text box.
• Click Retry for an alternative suggestion. 

AI-Generated Candidate Stories

Capture a candidate’s full recruitment story with Candidate Stories. Let occy AI provide a comprehensive overview of a candidate’s profile and application history with your company to highlight key information and enhance recruitment decision-making without the extra admin work.

Note: Candidate stories are only available when viewing a candidate profile from the Candidates section.

To instantly generate a candidate story:

• Navigate to the Candidates section from the main menu and click on a candidate.

• Click the Ask occy AI button in the Create Candidate Story section at the top of the profile.

• Occy will instantly create an overview of the candidate’s story within the platform, including key information such as basic details, application history, notes, files, etc.

Occy AI CV Summaries

Occy AI provides a summary of each candidate’s CV within the candidate’s profile. CV summaries are automatically generated for each candidate so that they’re there as soon as you need them, including key details such as key skills, qualifications, and experience will appear in a section above the CV section. 

Note: CV summaries are only available when viewing a candidate profile from within a job.

Adding Skills with Occy AI

Let occy AI help you to choose the most relevant skills for each job. When adding skills to a job, simply click the Ask Occy AI button in the Skill Set section. 

Occy will review your skills library and suggest applicable skills for the job. Review the suggestions and click Add to add them to your job. 

If there are skills suggested that you would not like to add, simply click the cross next to the skill to remove it from the list.
