How to Create a Campaign

Modified on Fri, 5 Sep at 4:23 PM

Campaigns are used to post your adverts on the job boards.

Campaigns can be created while creating a job, or if you would like to post your job at a later time, or repost a job, you can create them separately.

To see more information about creating a campaign while creating a job, follow the link above.

Create a Campaign For an Existing Job

Existing jobs that have not been advertised before can be found in the Drafts tab of the Jobs section.

  • To create a campaign, click the Create Campaign icon in the Actions column.

  • Next, complete the campaign details fields.

Campaign End Date: Remember, the campaign end date is not the same as the advert expiry date. Make sure to add a campaign end date that allows time for you to manage and perform actions on candidates before the advert expiry date is reached, as actions such as sending communications, forms, interview invites and moving candidates between stages cannot be taken after this date.

Repeat After: Choosing a Repeat After date other than 'one time only' will automatically trigger your job to be reposted for the selected timescale until the campaign end date is reached. If posting to the paid board, each repost will cost additional credits.

  • Next, review the job information and make changes if necessary.

  • Then, select the channels that you would like to advertise to.

If posting to the Premium or Lite channel, you have the option to request copywriting for free. Our copywriting team will review and optimise your advert, provide feedback, and suggest further areas to increase advert performance. Once the copywriting process is completed, your advert will be posted. Click the link in the article to find out more.

Finally, click Advertise, and your role will be posted to the selected channels.

Note: If you have been assigned an Approver, the job will be sent for approval before you can advertise the job. If you do not wish to use the Approval process, you do not need to set up approvers within your Settings area. By not having approvers set up, jobs will be automatically approved - ensure you selected Budgeted when creating the job. While awaiting approval, the job will remain in the Drafts tab.
