Subscription Hub

Occy’s subscription hub is your one-stop shop for all things credits and renewals. From here, you can:


  • Monitor your credit levels
  • Request more credits
  • Transfer credits to a subsidiary or child company (if you are within the parent company account)
  • Transfer credits to a parent company
  • Recharge your products with more credits
  • Request a renewal


This feature was designed to give you full visibility and control of your credits and how they are used and to ensure you can easily request and allocate credits to wherever you need them, avoiding any disruptions to your hiring.


Important Note: The subscription hub is only visible to Billing Admins. To access this feature, assign the Billing Admin permission to an existing or new user. For a reminder on how to add users and assign permissions, click here



Navigating to Subscription Hub


Billing Admins can find the subscription hub by navigating to Settings>Company>Subscription Hub.




Subscription Hub Overview


The subscription hub opens on the Plan Management page. From here, you will see an overview of your credits, features, and posting channels. Here is a breakdown of the options:


  • Request Renewal - With one click, a renewal request will be sent to our support team, and your Account Manager will be in touch to find a convenient time to talk.
  • Plan Name - This shows your current plan and your sign-on and renewal date.
  • Included Add-ons - Here, you will see add-ons included in your plan.
  • Posting Channels - By clicking View All, you will be shown a list of all your available posting channels. 
  • Credit Balance - Here, you will see the number of occy credits you have available to use on posting or features or to transfer to a subsidiary (child) or parent company. Parent companies are able to transfer credits to subsidiary (child) companies; however, subsidiary (child) companies can only transfer to parent companies and not to other subsidiary (child) companies.
  • Request Credits - After clicking Request Credits, you will be prompted to enter how many credits you would like to buy, and our team will be sent the information to process your request. 



If your credit balance is below 100, you will be alerted within the subscription hub and at the top of the page. 




Features Management


Managing your features is easy with the Features section of the subscription hub. Here, you will see a full breakdown of your features, including SMS, video profiles, copywriting, reference checks, e-sign, and background checks. Your credits can be allocated to your features manually or automatically to give you full control of how many credits are used for each feature and will be deducted from your overall balance.


Customise your credit allocation by choosing whether you would like to use the pay-per-use or value pack option. To keep things running smoothly, we also offer the option to auto-renew your value packs - ensuring there are no disruptions to your hiring due to lack of availability, as the system will automatically recharge your value pack when you reach 10% of your original allocation and deduct the credits automatically.


If you'd prefer to manually top-up your features, value packs are still available, and you can easily recharge your packs by clicking the Recharge Pack option. You will be presented with a range of value pack options of different sizes to choose from to top up your features.


Please Note: Auto-renewal settings can be adjusted at any time, but changes will only take effect at the next renewal cycle. 




Transactions Tab


Next to the Plan Management tab is the Transactions tab. Click here to view all of the transactions actioned by your company. Information includes the date of the transaction, the user who action it, the item, whether the transaction was manually activated or automatically taken, how many units were credited or debited, how many credits each unit costs, whether the transaction was credited to or debited from the account, and your balance after the transaction.


To quickly identify specific transactions, use the search bar to search by item or transaction type or filter your transactions by user, transaction type, transaction mode, and date range. occy also gives you the ability to remove irrelevant columns using the column modifier and download your transaction data using the action buttons.
